The core mission of the master’s program is to train engineers with outstanding competencies in management by pursuing master’s studies in the fields of Engineering and Management, and by developing scientific research capabilities in the areas of quality and competitiveness—fields that are particularly dynamic in the current economic context.

The objectives of the master’s program focus on developing specific competencies and skills in Quality and Competitiveness Engineering and Management by building upon the knowledge acquired during undergraduate studies, as well as by enhancing scientific research capacities based on modern concepts supported by technological advancement.

The objectives of the IMCC master’s program are oriented towards:

training specialists capable of structuring and developing quality departments within Romanian and international companies;
implementing modern principles, methods, and tools of quality and competitiveness management within the business environment;
elaborating expert reports and providing technical-economic consultancy on issues related to quality and competitiveness engineering and management.
