Overview
The Master’s degree programme in Strategic Communication and Advocacy in the Digital Society is designed for professionals in the field of communication—and beyond—who wish to develop their skills in argumentation, conflict management, public policy monitoring, lobbying, and advocacy, using advanced information technologies.
Aligned with current developments in the socio-economic and political landscape, this interdisciplinary and practice-oriented programme aims to equip students with the ability to leverage the latest knowledge from both communication and information technology fields.
The programme primarily targets graduates of Communication and Public Relations, aiming to enhance their expertise by integrating information technology components, supported by relevant courses in the curriculum. It is also open to graduates from other specializations, offering in-depth training in communication and lobbying activities, by developing specific skills tailored to the socio-political context.
The programme allows Bachelor’s degree graduates to complement their cognitive and interpersonal skills with elements from the field of information technology, improving the efficiency of communication processes. It is also suitable for individuals working in public institutions or companies who wish to improve their communication skills or deepen their understanding of stakeholder dialogue dynamics.
In addition, the programme is well-suited for those working in the political sphere (at local, national, or international levels), who aim to refine their abilities in managing tense situations and advocating for specific causes.
