Overview
The Master’s programme is an interdisciplinary training programme that provides students with advanced specialisation in communication, public relations, and digital media. The innovation of the programme lies in its interdisciplinary approach, as it is founded on two sets of disciplines: one from the engineering sciences (specialisation in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, and Information Technologies) and the other from the communication sciences (specialisation in Communication and Public Relations). The need for an advanced interdisciplinary perspective in this master’s cycle is driven by objective factors related to the current dynamics of our society, as well as by the commitment of European Union countries to promote master’s programmes based on the interdisciplinarity of two fields. The growing complexity of professional challenges demands a tailored approach, expressed in terms of inter-, multi-, and transdisciplinarity.
