Overview
The mission of the program is to train graduates who possess competencies in the management of public organizations, by developing scientific research capabilities in relevant fields, as a foundation for future careers in public administration or in public service-providing organizations.
The objective is to provide in-depth training in the field, offering new, modern, interdisciplinary, and up-to-date knowledge tailored to professionals working in public organizations.
The competencies acquired by graduates of this program include:
- understanding and correctly applying both foundational and advanced theoretical and practical concepts specific to the field and specialization;
- enhancing the ability to analyze socio-economic processes and phenomena through the development and implementation of managerial strategies;
- solving specific managerial problems in a creative, efficient, and effective manner, in compliance with legislation and ethical standards relevant to all involved stakeholders;
- critical and constructive analysis aimed at improving projects, processes, and systems within public organizations;
- identifying and evaluating the critical success factors influencing the performance of public organizations.
