Overview
The mission of this program is to train managers and entrepreneurs with outstanding competencies through complementary training to their undergraduate studies, as well as by developing scientific research capabilities in the field of business management and entrepreneurship.
The objectives of the program focus on developing specific skills and competencies in business management and entrepreneurship, by complementing knowledge from undergraduate fields of study, and by enhancing scientific research capabilities based on modern, computer-assisted concepts.
The competencies acquired by graduates of this program include:
- skills in the use, distribution, and redistribution of resources in the short and medium term;
- competencies in continuous and radical improvement of resources and performance;
- abilities to adapt system performance to the dynamics of the external environment.
