Overview
The mission of the master’s program is to train engineers and managers with exceptional competencies by providing an in-depth continuation of undergraduate studies in the fields of Engineering and Management, as well as by developing scientific research capabilities in the area of Engineering and Competitiveness Management. This is based on modern, systemic concepts aimed at increasing the sustainable competitiveness of organizations.
The competencies acquired through this program include:
- knowledge of strategic management and strategic marketing for companies and clusters / scientific research and innovation in these areas;
- knowledge related to quality, competitiveness analysis, engineering and competitiveness management of companies and clusters / scientific research and innovation in these areas;
- knowledge in determining and evaluating critical success factors, performance indicators of companies and clusters / scientific research and innovation in these areas.
