Overview
The master’s program in Information Computer Techniques in Electrical Engineering provides advanced technical training in electrical engineering and in complementary fields such as information technology, targeting the production, design, and research sectors with an electrical focus.
The program addresses the growing demand for specialists (in both research and industry) with a strong knowledge base and practical skills in both electrical engineering and information technology, aiming to meet the needs for qualified professionals in the western region of the country.
Graduates have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in Electrical Engineering, while also gaining complementary competencies in Information Technology.
The program enables them to understand and apply techniques for implementing IT applications in industrial processes, to use methods and techniques for information processing, to communicate effectively using field-specific terminology across different professional environments, and to apply IT knowledge in interpreting and solving new situations that arise in production, design, and research activities with an electrical profile.
