Overview
The Biomedical Electronics program is a full-time, research-oriented master’s degree aimed at training specialists and researchers in the development of hardware and software applications for biomedical systems, using cutting-edge electronic technologies.
A key feature of this program is its interdisciplinary approach. It originated as a collaboration between departments of the Politehnica University Timișoara, faculty members from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and researchers. Many dissertation projects are developed by students within the framework of these partnerships.
Students will gain valuable skills such as working with open-access medical databases, managing research projects, writing scientific papers, and using high-quality, relevant online resources. They may also participate in the development of remote, interactive medical applications, including those accessible via mobile devices.
