Overview
This master’s program is intended for graduates in the fields of engineering and architecture.
Students can share working methods specific to their previous specialization and acquire additional skills in the refurbishment and reuse of existing buildings.
The vision of this master’s program is forward-looking, both in Romania and internationally, considering the existing built environment and the age of the building stock.
Over the course of the three semesters of study, students will gain knowledge related to assessing the technical condition of existing buildings, structural strengthening options, and modernization.
The program provides information on the reinforcement of buildings depending on their function and the materials they are made of.
Additionally, students can acquire knowledge about methods for the consolidation and conservation of historical monuments.
Graduates of this study program can pursue careers in engineering, architecture, environmental quality, energy efficiency, and the conservation of historical monuments.
