Overview
This is an advanced study programme in the field of food product control and certification. It is intended for graduates who hold a bachelor’s degree in Food Product Engineering, as well as for those who have completed a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
Graduates from other engineering fields or natural sciences may also apply to this programme. It is a forward-looking programme, both in Romania and internationally, considering that food safety and food control are issues that require constant monitoring.
Over the course of four semesters, students will acquire knowledge and skills related to modern syntheses for the creation of new materials needed in the field, as well as advanced physico-chemical analysis methods. Graduates can pursue careers in food quality control, food safety, and food technologies. They may also work as researchers in the field of food products.
